You will be introduced to the importance of our "MINDLIFT", which nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Spend a day with like minded women exploring the highlights of our workshop series. This retreat uses unique interactive materials which are carefully selected to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

You are not alone in this journey. Many of us share fears and worries around aging. Our discussions will acknowledge these concerns and shift your focus to making this part of your life deeply fulfilling.
2. The MindLift
We will introduce you to our concept of nourishing the Mind, Body, and Spirit, which will empower you to age wisely.
3. Dare to Dream
Now with some tools, you will be able to deepen the JOY of aging.
Rather than leaving your Third Act to chance, use our Mindlift to grow whole instead of old.

We have created a unique Zoom and now in person experience for each workshop. We will send you a packet filled with hands-on materials and gifts specific to each workshop. We recommend that you participate in all three 2 hour workshops to get the full benefit of our "MINDLIFT".
1. Nourish the Mind through-
an Attitude of Gratitude, Meditation, Mental Flexibility, and Life Long Learning
This workshop will explore your perceptions of aging. You will understand the strong importance of developing an attitude of gratitude, the value for keeping the mind flexible. we will learn the value of nourishing the mind through the practices of meditation, the Power of One, and life long learning. These practices are key in helping to reduce stress and to healthy aging.
2. Nourish the Physical Body with
Exercise and Water, Nutrition and Sleep
Exercise leads to a better quality of life. The gift of water is integral to keeping the body hydrated. .We will also explore the “GREAT” importance of the basic human needs of sleep and looking at food as medicine..
3. Nourishing the Human Spirit and Stringing our Pearls
The human spirit is nourished by the natural world. Explore deeper ways
to connect to your soul. We will journey with less fear as we take the pearls of wisdom harvested from each
workshop into our “Third Act’.
